The Price of Gas NOT Rising???

What effect does the falling dollar have on the price of crude? Most oil price contracts are denominated in dollars. The dollar has fallen in value by more than 30 percent against a Federal Reserve index of major currencies since 2002. This means that the price of imports, including oil, have gone up. To some extent, the chief of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Chakib Khelil was correct when he said earlier this week, "What's happening in the oil market is due to the mismanagement of the U.S. economy." Continuing U.S. trade and fiscal deficits along with lower interest rates are stoking inflationary fears.

This is why the gas prices AREN'T really rising, it's just that the REAL value of the US dollar has fallen 30% since 2002 and the price of gas is simply adjusting up to that.

Yes, the gas prices are, in effect, not really rising. Your dollar has been devalued before your eyes. Put simply, the Federal Reserve is STEALING your money. 4% inflation rate over the past year means a 4% leak in the value of your dollar in just ONE YEARs time! That's not a slow leak, that's a pretty quick evaporation of your money and more importantly your savings, retirement and pension plans. And don't think it's the government getting this money because the Federal Reserve is NOT a government agency. It's a PRIVATE CONGLOMERATION OF BANKS, most of which are FOREIGN who LOAN money to the U.S.A and charge us interest. So, your 4% inflation goes to PRIVATE bank stockholders in OTHER countries. Now, does the price of gas going up make sense to you????

It's simple, the foreign entities that sell us oil are not stoopid enough to take devalued US currency at YESTERYEAR's value, they will adjust it to what it is REALLY worth as compared to foreign currency and other commodities. They have caught on to the scam of the US Dollar and the Federal Reserve and are insuring themselves against it's theft, now if only we could do the same.
